 Our programs and services focus on academic achievement, public service, environmental awareness, and character development for youth 5th-12th grade. Youth participants meet twice a month once for Youth Speaks workshops and Let's Connect events. We also provide opportunities for youth to volunteer and gain credit for community service hours.  

Equipping youth with tools to navigate the society they live in by focusing on Critical Thinking, Conflict Resolution, Independent Living, Life skills, Goal Planning, Financial Literacy, Social Skills, Team Building, Improving Self-Esteem/Confidence, and Spiritual growth. 

We have dedicated staff and volunteers to assist with all the needs for our youth to succeed in their academics by providing tutoring/homework assistance, GED/HiSet assistance, ACT/College Prep and enrollment assistance, Entrepreneur/Career Exploration.

We are dedicated to support our youth mental and physical well-being, from mindful Mondays to decompress Sundays. We also offer services such as music & art therapy, farmers market visits, cooking demonstrations and more.   

Our Youth Specialist provide case management, assign Guardian Angels, assist with support and counseling services, and plan college visits.

Let's Connect is a program used to connect youth to communities and provide ways to give back such as nursing home visits, neighborhood clean-up, assist with natural disasters, family and community involvement. 

We know how important it is to support the parents and guardians of the youth we serve, that's why Heart2Heartz offer an extension of services to help those in need such as individual and group support, resource assistance, financial stability and a pantry closet.
